It was an excellent place, had especially welcoming and helpful enough staff despite the best efforts of the staff. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

Location, magnificent. You can reach the main points of the capital, walking, no problem. It is almost not necessary to take public transport, unless you go to the beach of Las Teresitas or to another town by bus or car. You don't have to pay for the safe: you leave a deposit of 10 euros and you get it back when you leave (congratulations for this service; in other hotels in a robbery they charge for using it). WiFi worked well in principle. staff, correct, although I missed more kindness and help from them.
The bathroom smelled strongly of moisture. One day I found a "bug" on the floor. Little supply of toilet paper (although if you ask for it, they give it to you but you have to be on the lookout for it). I left one of the sheets to change on the floor and they only left me the bottom sheet (I had to warn the reception again). The views of the room were not very appetizing.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a few minutes away from the port and train station. The location was perfect, right across from Plaza España. The room was spacious and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the weak wifi signal and the temperature of the water in the shower, I found the overall experience to be pleasant. The breakfast was decent, although there were some issues with the coffee and the service. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially the lady in the kitchen during breakfast. The price was reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, considering its good standard service and perfect location.

convenient location and easy to find. To the bus station 15min, to the supermarket Hyper Dino 10min. street where the hotel is located is a pedestrian street with several cafes right next to the hotel. At a stone's throw from the Plaza de España. There is a stop of buses that go towards Teresitas. On the next street there is a stage set up, chairs set up, on the weekend everyone could listen to concerts. There was a double room on the 6th floor, small one, window overlooks the inner yard of the well. There is an air conditioner, it would be stuffy without it. bathroom is clean with a bath, there are toiletries: soap, gel, 3 kinds of towels. furniture has a double bed, refrigerator - mini-bar, built-in wardrobe, armchair, table, chair. Free WiFi. Sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the conversations in the corridor, neighbors were quiet, there was no noise. For 1 or 2 nights is acceptable.
room was prepaid, card was charged again on arrival. I called the bunker, they contacted the hotel, as a result the payment returned when I left the hotel. there's still some sludge. They didn't apologize as if they were supposed to. It's dark in the room during the day without lighting.

We had a great time staying at this place and plan to return. The room was spacious and had a comfy double bed. The location was amazing, with beautiful Spanish-style surroundings in a cozy 2-star spot. 🌟

food at the buffet was quite good and varied. So were the girls on the buffet staff and morning reception.
Urgent reforms in this establishment:. noisy should have soundproofed windows as the hotel faces main streets and pedestrian streets with many shops that close late; - I had to relocate my room after having installed it because the WIFI didn't reach my room (and it doesn't reach all the rooms). I had to juggle with my travel bag to get out of my room because the cleaning cart took up all my space and I couldn't move it. bathroom I had to use has a very strange layout. bidet was practically stuck to the wall and toilet, so I couldn't use it, - there was no hair dryer; - the furniture was very old and unattractive. I went to open the drawers and I was left with the knob in my hand; few plugs. only 1 in the room and one in the bathroom, I needed more than one in the room to connect a computer and two company mobiles; What bothers me the most is that the images on the web and in catalogues about the hotel don't match, since it appears with an appearance that has nothing to do with reality (reality seemed much worse to me). this is misleading advertising;. It would be good if reforms were made starting with the furniture, Thank you,

The cleaning. It was spotless. The area. A few meters from Plaza España and on the pedestrian area. At night not a sound was heard! Super quiet.. The breakfast was varied. And the lady who attended us the first day was very kind!
I thought it was a pretty old hotel. It needs painting, change of furniture and more lighting. I asked for an upgrade to a superior room, they charged me 10 euros per day which seems ok to me. when we entered the room there was a lot of smell of bleach and an anteroom with a dark couch with nothing else. We got to the room and beds were pathetic. mattresses were U-shaped and sheets were full of "balls". I asked for a change and they gave us another room right away. It was smaller but odorless and with better mattresses. The cars of the waitresses in front of the elevator. in the corridors there, just like that, They have a lot to improve on. no doubt,

Such a wonderful stay of 2 nights. The location was incredible and amazing, near Santa Cruz old town on the front and center of Santa Cruz in a pedestrian area.- Spent our evenings in nearby Tasty Poke Bar, especially when it was cold outside.

Excellent location: booked before the cruise, located next to the cruise terminal (really 7. 10 minutes walk with suitcases: do not believe the google, gives 3. 3 km on foot - he does not know about the elevator on the ferry dock). There are a lot of cafes, shops nearby... Friendly staff, you can leave your things before/after your stay. Nice continental breakfast, no hot ones. Spacious room, there are a couple of built-in wardrobes with camodade and hangers. They've provided a crib for the baby. Room 306 has a nice view. Not bad internet. You can pay with a card.
There is not a word in the description that it is impossible to drive a car to the entrance of the hotel to unload the luggage: the entrance is located on a pedestrian street, and it is possible to stop/park the car only on one of the neighboring streets, which is not easy because of their width and lack of parking spaces + it is necessary to roll suitcases several hundred meters. Paid parking, which is provided by the hotel for an extra 10 € per night, is even further away, rolling luggage from there is not an option. The hotel itself is very worn out and very tired. The room has been cleaned/prepared very superficially. The soundproofing is mediocre. The beds are separate, ordinary (matallic frame with mattress), the pillows are very small and uncomfortable.
